Welcome to FanManager. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, platform, and all associated tools and features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using or accessing the Platform in any way — including applying to become a creator, logging in, or submitting content — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to apply for or use FanManager. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user, creator, or applicant at our sole discretion, including for reasons related to misuse, non-compliance, or fraud.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION

To become a creator on FanManager, you must go through a verification process. This includes submitting:

• Your full legal name

• Date of birth

• banking information for payouts

This information is used solely for the purpose of identity verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and payout processing. You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and belongs to you.

We may decline or revoke access if we suspect your information is false, incomplete, or unverifiable.

3. ACCOUNT ACCESS & ROLE-BASED PERMISSIONS

Only verified and accepted creators are granted login access to the Platform. Casual visitors, unverified applicants, or rejected users cannot create profiles or use creator-specific tools.

Your access is governed by your user role, which is assigned upon approval. Roles determine what content and features you may access, including the Creator Portal, upload tools, notifications, and profile settings.

4. CREATOR PROGRAMS

Upon approval, creators are placed in one of three internal support programs based on their experience level:

• Beginner Program: For new creators learning how to build and grow

Each program includes tailored schedules, support, and notifications. Creators may request to change programs by contacting support, but FanManager retains the right to approve or deny these requests.

5. CONTENT UPLOADS

You may be permitted to upload photos, videos, and written content to the Platform through secure forms or upload tools.

By uploading content, you confirm:

• You are the owner or have legal rights to distribute the material

• The content does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks

• The content does not include minors or illegal acts

• The content does not violate any laws or these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.

FanManager does not claim ownership over your uploaded content. However, you grant us a limited license to access, store, organize, and manage the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling our services to you.

6. NOTIFICATIONS & COMMUNICATION

By registering and using FanManager, you consent to receive communications from us in connection with your account and selected program. These may include:

• Email updates and action reminders

• SMS notifications (with consent)

• Optional in-platform alerts or dashboards

Standard SMS charges may apply based on your mobile provider. FanManager is not responsible for third-party charges.

7. PAYMENT, COMMISSIONS & EARNINGS (if applicable)

If FanManager is managing your creator account on a platform like OnlyFans or a similar service, the following terms apply:

• Payouts may be made to you manually after we receive platform earnings

• Commissions are withheld based on the agreed terms before disbursement

• You will receive a record of your earnings and payouts

• You are responsible for your own taxes unless otherwise stated in your contract

All financial terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing between you and FanManager.

8. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We are committed to keeping your personal information private and secure. Your ID documents, financial data, uploads, and private information are stored using appropriate encryption and access controls.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your private data to third parties, except:

• When required by law

• To fulfill legal agreements with payment platforms

• With your explicit permission

9. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

FanManager may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or suspicious behavior.

You may also request account deactivation by contacting us. We may retain your data for a legally required duration.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FanManager provides its services “as is” and without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data, earnings, or opportunity

• Platform downtime or hosting errors

• Delays in payouts from third-party platforms

• User behavior or communications between creators

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the use of the Platform in the 6 months prior to any claim.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Your Country / State]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
